Messages to our Staff

Every Thursday afternoon our paid staff gather for the weekly staff meeting. At most of these staff meetings Gordon Bassett (Senior Pastor) presents teaching relating to the culture of The Baldivis Church, leadership & organizational issues, personal formation issues, issues of church growth or teaching on other ministry issues. Not all local churches that have a number of paid staff members, excel in building a staff TEAM.
