The Baldivis Church

Our Small Groups Leadership Team gather for Leader's Seminars on a monthly basis.

Seminars are presented by Pastor Leslie Trigg (Small Groups Pastor) and involve teaching on the facilitation of Connect Groups and other Small Groups. Regular teaching is provided on aspects of leadership which aim to maintain the unity and direction of this core ministry in line with the vision and mission of The Baldivis Church.

Seminar material includes key leadership & organizational issues, confidentiality & accountability, facilitation of primary care and issues of church and ministry growth. Each seminar aims to grow and better equip our leaders for ministry and provide an optimal environment for the growth of individuals under their care.
