THE PURPOSE OF THE STAFF MEETING

1. To lead the staff. That is the Senior Pastor's role and responsibility; not the board. The Senior Pastor is accountable to the board and the staff are accountable to the Senior Pastor.

2. Feedback from the staff to enable them to give perspective to the leader, and to receive perspective from the leader, and from one another.

3. To enable all the staff to have discussion about ministry issues for synergetic purposes.

4. To build team as we pray together, plan together, dream together and worship together.
